Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment, shortlisting, coordination, and onboarding.

- Supporting employees during probation, confirmations, and offboarding.
- Manage HR systems, MIS reports, and Excel trackers.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
