As a US IT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various technical positions across the US marjet. You will collaborate with account managers, understand client requirements, and ensure timely delivery of the best matched candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment life cycle – from understanding client requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
- Sourcing Talent: Utilize job boards (Monster, Indeed, Linkedin, Naukri etc.) to identify potential candidates from IT and non IT roles.
- Screenibg & Shortlisting: Evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific client needs.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Offer Negotiation: Handle compensation discussions, closing offers, and ensuring candidate satisfaction.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the internal ATS system.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to meet hiring goals and maintain strong client relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and client standards.
Key Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a US Recruiter or US IT recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing, recruitment life cycle, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in US night shifts.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
