Role Overview
Position: US Onboarding Specialist
Location: Noida, Sector 63
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
Shift Timings: EST – 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Weekends Off)
Cab Facility: Provided Both Ways
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for US employees and consultants.
- Coordinate with candidates, HR, and internal teams to ensure all documentation.
- Prepare and review onboarding documents, offer letters, and employment forms.
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders throught the onboarding lifecycle.
- Maintain candidate data, reports, and onboarding trackers with confidentiality.
- Deliver excellent employee experience during the pre-boarding and onboarding.
Key Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years HR, Onboarding, or International BPO processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced US shift environment.
- High attention to detail and process accuracy.
- Candidate with prior US onboarding background preferred.
