Position: International Voice Process

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both
Contract: Full Time – On site
CTC: 3.2 LPA, Approx 22,000 in Hand
Benefits: Both Side Cab Facility Provided
Shift: 24/7 Rotational | 5 Days Working
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls with accuracy.
- Resolve customer queries promptly while ensuring a seamless experience.
- Deliver excellent communication, empathy and problem solving interaction.
- Adhere to process compliance, quality benchmarks, and performance metrics.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Gradute or Undergraduate (any stream)
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Assessment: Voice Versant score 58 & above.
- Work Schedule: Comfortable with rotational shifts and 5 days working pattern.
