Eligibility Criteria
- Gradfuate in any stream (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Team Leader in an international process.
- Hands on experience in voice, chat, email, or blended processes.
- Must be comfortable with nigh-24/7 shifts.
- Immediate joiners only (no notice period candidates)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team KPIs including shrinkage, attrition, CSAT, AHT, quality, and overall performance.
- Drive daily operations, ensure target achievements, and maintain high service standards.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve business goals.
- Deliver strong communication and problem solving skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
