About the Role
As a Customer Service Executive at Policybazaar, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring top notch service delivery. The role requires proactive communication and commiment to achieving high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
- Make outbound calls for follow ups and feedback.
- Resolve product or service related concerns effectively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction level by providing support.
- Document all interactions and update CRM effectively.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service standards.

Required Skills
