This is full time, on-site role in Gurgaon focuses planning, executing, and optimizing high budget performance marketing campaigns. As apart of the agency’s high performing team, you will work directly with Finance and Crypto clients. This is one of the most impactful Performance Marketing Jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end performance campaigns on Meta, (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
Handle daily optimizations, A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
Improve landing page performance through CRO, creative feedback, and tracking setups.
Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.
Stay compliant with evilving Finance & Crypto advertising regulations.
Work closely with creative and strategy teams to scale winning ads.
Manage monthly budgets ranging between 20 to 50 lakhs.
Implement and monitor ad funnels Click – Lead – FTD.
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of experience managing performance campaigns in Crypto and Finance.
Deep understanding of industry specific advertising policies and compliance.
Expertise in CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS strategies and optimization.
Strong knowledge of tracking systems, Pixels, S2S, Postbacks, CRM Integrations.
High level proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel for reporting.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Google Ads. Meta Bluprint certifications are a bonus.
